This is where you can either view and print the contract and application inside a browser window or download them to your hard drive. The files are in Rich Text Format (rtf) or Acrobat Format (pdf). In order to download the files you would right-click on the link and select Save Target As.
The rtf files require a Word Processor such as Word, Wordpad, or WordPerfect capable of reading Rich Text Format.
